1 How to Download the VIP Gift App

Or you can access our app to download the VIP Gift app by following these steps:

Step 1 Access our app and select the Account section

Step 2 Click on ‘Link VIP Gift Account to Accumulate Points’

Step 3 Click the Open button, then the screen will switch to the App Store or CH Play for you to download the VIP Gift app to your phone.

How to Accumulate Points

Using the Identification Code – QR CODE

Step 1 Find the 4-digit identification code on the home screen or go to the Accumulate Points function in the app

Step 2 Show the QR code or read the 4-digit identification code to the staff

Step 1 Go to our app and log in with your phone number.

Step 2 Once logged in, the screen will display our order interface. Customers can show the barcode at the top of the interface for staff to scan and accumulate points or press “My Gifts” -> “QR code icon” (in the top right corner of the screen) and then scan the QR code on the receipt to accumulate points.

Currently, the system will automatically link your VIP Gift account to our app. When shopping at the supermarket, you can open our app to accumulate or use points without having to open the VIP Gift application.

How to Use Points

Using the Identification Code in the VIP Gift App

Step 1 Tell the staff how many points you want to use

Step 2 Access the app and find the identification code displayed on the home screen of the app.

Step 3 Read the 4-digit code to the staff

How to Accumulate Points

When shopping on the website, the system will display the tentative number of points that customers can earn when making a purchase. These points will be automatically transferred to the customer’s account after the order is successfully delivered.

How to Use Points

In case of accessing and shopping on the Bach Hoa Xanh website and using points by entering the Identification Code:

Step 1 Customers place an order on the Bach Hoa Xanh website. At the payment step, allow the user to apply points. Select “Use VIP Gift Points”.

Step 2 The system requests to enter the Identification Code.

Step 3 Open the VIP Gift App and enter the Identification Code information

After entering the identification code and selecting “Confirm”, the points will be deducted directly from the payment amount.

In case of accessing and shopping on the Bach Hoa XANH website and using points by authenticating via the VIP Gift App

Step 1 Customers place an order on the Bach Hoa Xanh website. At the payment step, allow the user to apply points. Select “Use VIP Gift Points”

Step 2 Choose “Open Application”, the system automatically accesses the VIP Gift App on the mobile device.

Step 3 The app displays a screen requesting account authentication to use points for the order to be paid. Select “Confirm”, the system automatically navigates back to the order payment screen.

In case the connection to the VIP Gift App on the device cannot be established, customers can perform the Identification Code entry flow.
