Today is the 3rd of the 3rd lunar month, the Cold Food Festival. We, the believers, are deeply grateful to the heavens and the earth, the noble gods, and remember the hard work of our ancestors. We respectfully invite the local city god, the great kings of the local gods, the local earth god, the kitchen god of the family, the five directions, the dragon vein, and the god of wealth to descend before the altar to witness our sincerity and enjoy the offerings.
