Step 3 Fill in the squares with the numbers from your birth date, following these rules:

Place the number 5 in the center square.
Put the number 2 to the left of 5.
Place the number 4 below 5.
Put the number 6 above 5.
Place the number 8 to the right of 5.
Always place the number 1 in the bottom-left square.
Put the number 3 in the top-left square.
Place the number 7 in the bottom-right square.
Put the number 9 in the top-right square.

Note: These numbers are fixed and cannot be rearranged. If your birth date has two of the same digits, enter them twice in their respective squares. Omit the number 0 as it is not included in the chart.
