Step 1 Soak the Beans
After purchasing your beans, rinse them thoroughly to remove any floating beans or debris.
Prepare a basin of warm water and soak the beans for about 8 hours or overnight, covering the basin.
Once the beans have cracked, remove them from the water and rinse again until the water runs clear.
Pick out any debris or discolored beans that have turned dark.

After soaking, place an appropriate amount of beans into the mesh bag according to its size.
Secure the opening of the bag with the provided plastic tie.

Repeat this watering process twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
