In a video posted on June 11, she pointed out a widespread error in toilet cleaning: neglecting the area around the seat. Vanessa advised that to thoroughly clean this area, one needs to detach the toilet seat.

Donning gloves, Vanessa first detached the toilet seat, then sprayed a cleaning solution onto it. She also sprayed the inside of the toilet bowl and let it sit while she cleaned other areas. Vanessa emphasized the importance of cleaning the seat area, stating that it helps remove stubborn yellow stains. After spraying the cleaning solution, she used paper towels to wipe the area clean before moving on to the next step.

She then used a toilet brush to scrub the inside of the bowl and flushed it clean. Finally, she focused on the area where the toilet meets the floor, another often-overlooked spot that accumulates dirt and grime. She sprayed the area with the cleaning solution and used paper towels to ensure the removal of all yellow stains.
