Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces, approximately the thickness of your finger. In a separate bowl, crack and whisk an egg.
Step 2: Coat the Tofu with Bread Crumbs
Dip the tofu pieces in the flour, making sure to coat all sides evenly. Then, dip them into the whisked egg. Finally, roll the tofu in the bread crumbs until completely covered. Repeat this process until all the tofu pieces are coated.
