Do An, whose real name is Do Khai An, is a singer, model, and film art designer. Before returning to Vietnam, he was a singer abroad. While his passion lies in design, he gained recognition as an actor, appearing in films such as “Cay Tao No Hoa,” “Ban Gai Toi La Sep,” and “Glee.”

In 2001, Do An made an impression as Doctor Tuan in the film “Cay Tao No Hoa.” He and Thuy Ngan had an intimate scene at the beginning of the movie. After trying natural methods without success, she attempted IUI, which also did not work, leading them to start IVF treatment.

There were times when she “stood still, unable to do anything but cry, crying so hard that my vision blurred, and all I could see was darkness. If I opened my eyes, I would see an abyss,” Le Thuy confessed.

After facing repeated failures, the former model fell into despair and even experienced depression after five unsuccessful IVF attempts. Seeing his wife suffer, Do An has always been by her side, comforting and encouraging her. He told her that he didn’t marry her to have children or continue the family lineage.

“He said he loved me and just wanted to be with me, whether we had children or not. It was about fate. If we didn’t have any debt, we wouldn’t have any children, and that was that. I was happy and sad at the same time, but as someone who desperately wanted to be a mother, I was disappointed. I agreed to let him be at peace, but I continued with IVF. I’ll keep trying until I can’t breathe anymore,” Le Thuy shared.
