This is a new development as the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Agency expands its investigation into the case of producing counterfeit food and deceiving customers involving Asia Life Joint Stock Company and Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company.
In addition to Miss Thuy Tien, the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Agency has prosecuted four individuals who are leaders of Asia Life Joint Stock Company, including: Nguyen Pham Hong Vy, Director and Legal Representative; Pham Thi Diem Trinh, Head of Research and Product Development;
Truong Thi Le, Head of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department; and Tran Thi Le Thu, Head of Production Department. They are charged with “Producing counterfeit food” under Article 193, Clause 3 of the 2015 Penal Code, as accomplices of Nguyen Phong, Chairman of the Board of Asia Life Joint Stock Company.
After the Supreme People’s Procuracy approved the above legal proceedings, the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Agency carried out the necessary procedures in accordance with the law.
Currently, the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Agency is expanding the investigation, clarifying all violations of related individuals to strictly handle them according to regulations.

Previously, on April 4, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, Chief of the Ministry of Public Security’s Office, said that the investigative agency had prosecuted and detained Pham Quang Linh (also known as Quang Linh Vlogs, born in 1998, a member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company).
At the same time, four other individuals were prosecuted and detained: Nguyen Phong (born in 1986, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asia Life Joint Stock Company, residing in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province); Le Tuan Linh (born in 1989, Director and Legal Representative of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, residing in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City); Le Thanh Cong (born in 1989, member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, residing in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City); and Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (also known as Hang Du Muc, born in 1995, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, currently residing in Go Vap district, Ho Chi Minh City).
