Finally, at 22, her parents allowed her to pursue her entertainment career. She began her acting journey, starring in classic roles in films like *Lam The Vinh*, *Danh Kiem*, and *Diep Vu*.

In 1988, while attending a meeting in Guangzhou with her husband and two sons, a driver accidentally stepped on the accelerator, driving toward Ky Ky and her children.
In that moment, Ky Ky pushed her children out of harm’s way, taking the full impact herself. Doctors found she had fractured both legs, a shattered pelvis, and one leg severely crushed. After a six-hour surgery, she survived.
Hoac Anh Dong, upon hearing the news, immediately flew to Guangzhou to visit his daughter-in-law. To thank the hospital for saving her, he donated a new outpatient building, a testament to his deep appreciation for Ky Ky.
After recovering, she continued to devote herself to her family, living quietly and selflessly. Her dedication showcased her role as a loving mother and wife.
Following her mother-in-law’s passing, as her sister-in-law had divorced, Ky Ky took charge of household affairs. In the prestigious Hoac family, holding such authority was a great honor. She managed everything with grace and efficiency, proving her worth.
