1. Lemon 

Lemon juice contains free organic acids such as citric acid and aspartic acid, which have the most effective effect in limiting sebaceous glands on the skin, treating acne and fading freckles. Besides safe natural acid content, lemon also contains a lot of vitamin C to help keep your skin healthy and plump. 

Perform: 

– Add 5-6 drops of lemon juice to egg whites, apply on the face for about 20 minutes then rinse with cold water. 

– Add 2 – 3 drops of lemon juice to 1 tablespoon of honey, apply on the face for about 20 minutes, and rinse with cold water. 

– Or you can use lemon juice to dab directly on the acne spot. The acid in the lemon will make the acne spot quickly dry and collapse after about 2 days. 

Beauty experts recommend washing your face with cold water during hot and humid summers because it stimulates blood circulation under the skin and increases the effect of tightening your skin’s pores. 

2. Strawberries 

Tannic acid and anthocyanin in strawberries have a “miraculous” effect that helps your skin stay firm and tighten pores. To treat and minimize oily skin, sour fruits (containing acids) will be the best “salvage” for your skin. 

Perform:

–  Puree 2 strawberries, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix then add to your face. For about 20 minutes before rinsing it off.

– Puree 2 – 5 strawberries, mix with fresh milk, apply on face for about 20 minutes then wash face thoroughly.

3. Tomatoes 

Lycopene in tomatoes along with vitamin C will keep your skin clear and healthy. 

Perform:

– Use 1 tomato, remove the seeds, squeeze the juice, and mix with 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir the mixture well, then gently apply it to your face, leave for about 30 minutes and wash your face thoroughly.

– Or you can cut tomatoes into slices and apply directly to your face, leave for about 30 minutes and then wash your face thoroughly. You should remember to slice the tomatoes very thin so that the lycopene essence can penetrate into the skin more easily! 

4. Cucumber 

The most obvious effect of cucumber on the skin is to reduce oiliness and unclog pores to prevent ugly acne spots. 

Perform: 

– Take half a cucumber with the seeds removed, puree, and squeeze out the juice. Mix the cucumber juice solution with chicken egg whites, then apply it to your face for about 20 minutes and rinse with cold water. 

– Or you cut the cucumber into thin slices, then apply directly to your face, and leave for about 20 minutes. Wash your face thoroughly.

5. Grapes 

Masks made from grapes help reduce oiliness while still balancing skin moisture.

Perform: 

– Use a few grapes to squeeze the juice, mix it with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and egg white, and apply on your face for 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
