Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 12 minutes. Place the banh khot molds in the oven and bake for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove the banh khot from the oven.
Step 6 Fry the banh khot
Heat a frying pan on the stove, add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the banh khot and fry until the bottom is crispy. Remove the banh khot from the pan and drain the excess oil.
Step 7 Serve
Your homemade banh khot is ready to be enjoyed. Drizzle scallion oil over the top and serve with the fish sauce and fresh herbs!
