Step 1 Prepare the ingredients
First, boil the noodles for about 4 minutes until they are cooked, then remove and transfer to a bowl. Next, add 2 packs of black bean sauce to a separate bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder, and a little water, mix well.
Boil the eggs until they are fully cooked. If you prefer, you can reduce the cooking time. Cut the cabbage into small pieces, rinse well, and drain.
Step 2 Make the sauce
Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry. When the cabbage is tender, add the mixture of black bean sauce prepared earlier. Cook until the sauce thickens to your liking, then turn off the heat.
Step 3 Finishing
Pour the sauce over the noodles, add the boiled eggs on top. Mix well to evenly coat the noodles with the sauce. Enjoy!
