Below is a simple way to make steamed honey pear to treat coughs:
Ingredients:
- 1 pear
- 1 red apple
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 ginger, sliced
Preparation:
- Use a knife to cut off one end of the pear and scoop out the pulp. Then, crush the pulp and put it back inside the pear, discarding the seeds.
- Cut the red apple into small pieces and add them to the pear.
- Slice the ginger and add it to the pear.
- Next, add 2 tablespoons of honey on top of the pear and cover it with the cut-off end of the pear.
