Exercise #1: 10 Exercises to Improve Nearsighted Eyes

If you spend just 10-15 minutes practicing these simple exercises every day, you can quickly improve your vision.

Exercise 1: Blink Continuously

When exposed to electronic screens for long periods of time, our eyes tend to blink less frequently, resulting in dry and tired eyes. It is recommended to blink continuously for several minutes after every hour of work to improve blood circulation and reduce eye fatigue and dryness.

Exercise 2: Move Your Eyes in Multiple Directions

  • Moving eyes in a square pattern: Imagine a square in front of you and move your eyes from one side to another. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
  • Moving eyes in a circular pattern: In the first 5 times, move your eyes in a clockwise direction. In the next 5 times, move your eyes in a counterclockwise direction.
  • Moving eyes in a figure-eight pattern: Imagine the number eight horizontally in front of you and move your eyes along the outline of the eight. Repeat this continuously 5 times.

Exercise 3: Eye Yoga

Step 1: Slowly move your eyes from right to left for 10 seconds, then switch to the left. Repeat this 5 times.
Step 2: Close your eyes tightly and open them wide, repeating this 5 times.
Step 3: Slowly move your eyes upward for 10 seconds, then switch to downward. Repeat this 5 times.
Step 4: Move your eyes to the upper left corner as far as possible for 10 seconds, then switch to the lower right corner. Repeat each direction 5 times.

Step 1: Rub your hands together to create warmth.
Step 2: Place your hands on your eyes, with your fingers touching your forehead and your thumbs placed on your cheeks.

Step 1: Use two fingers to gently stroke from the corner of the eye to the tail of the eye 5 times.

Step 1: Tilt your head backward and gently close your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 1: Find a comfortable sitting position.
Step 2: Look straight ahead and slowly focus your eyes on your nose for a few seconds.

Step 1: Place the middle finger and the ring finger near the tail of the eye and gently stroke up and down 5 times.

Step 3: Use the thumb to gently rub and stroke the eye bags 5 times.
