Proper Hair Washing
You should wash your hair 2-3 times a week and use warm water. However, if your scalp is dandruff-prone, you can wash your hair more frequently to ensure hygiene for your hair.
Choose products that contain ingredients such as keratin, collagen, protein, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or natural herbal extracts beneficial for hair.
In addition to cleansing the scalp, massaging also helps to improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, thereby enhancing scalp health.
Research has shown that a 4-minute daily scalp massage can increase the thickness and strength of hair over time. When massaging, use your fingertips to press the scalp in a circular motion, which can be done on dry or wet hair, before shampooing.
