Black tea
Brew 2 cups of black tea and add 1 teaspoon of dried amla to it. Let the amla soak in the black tea overnight. In the morning, strain out the amla and store the water in a container. After shampooing, squeeze out the excess water and pour the amla water onto your hair. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off. Repeat this twice a week.
