The Miss World Vietnam 2019 finalist shared that she avoids going out between noon and 3 pm, as this is when UV rays (UVA, UVB, and UVC) and infrared rays are at their strongest.

Among these, UVA and UVB rays are the primary culprits of skin damage and aging, so regular sunscreen may not provide full protection.

Luong Thuy Linh is diligent about applying sunscreen and reapplying it every two hours if she’s outdoors. She also takes oral sun protection supplements to defend her skin from the inside out. Additionally, she wears sun-protective clothing, such as long-sleeved shirts and hats, to minimize sun exposure.

Prior to competing in the Miss World Vietnam 2019 pageant, Luong Thuy Linh admitted that she didn’t pay much attention to skincare. However, she gradually educated herself about skincare routines and developed a regimen that works best for her.
