She shared, “I have practiced many different sports such as gym, running, swimming, badminton, yoga, and using modern machines. But currently, I usually exercise at the gym, do yoga, and dance to maintain both my figure and health, with 2-3 sessions per week. Sometimes, I also do cardio.

Besides, Chi’s diet is also scientifically adjusted. In a day, Chi tries to cut down on as much starch as possible. On days when she consumes starch, she does not eat white rice, but replaces it with brown rice. In addition, she increases the intake of green vegetables and meat to reduce fat and increase muscle. So even if she gains weight, it is muscle gain rather than excess fat.”

Running, boxing, cardio

Chi Pu focuses on running, boxing, or cardio exercises. The exercises are distributed throughout the week to both reduce overall body fat and increase endurance and flexibility. She not only exercises at home but also goes to the gym and follows the instructions of the coach for a scientific and safe training regimen.

Chi Pu affirms that running is truly effective in reducing overall body fat. Chi Pu always runs with a slow and steady pace on a flat road, pays attention to land on the balls of her feet instead of the entire foot touching the ground. This way, her thighs and legs will become firmer and slimmer.

Squats, abs exercises combined with a scientific diet

Squats are the most basic exercise, directly impacting the buttock muscles and filling the hip hollows. Chi Pu has chosen this exercise to shape her buttocks.
