H’Hen Niê’s Special Meat Dish
H’Hen Niê, a beauty queen, shared with the media that she consumes 1.5 kg of chicken meat daily to maintain her figure. She confessed, “Eating boiled chicken every day can get monotonous, but I persistently follow this diet without giving up because of my set goal.”
Since setting her sights on becoming a model, H’Hen Niê has transformed her eating, sleeping, and exercise habits. She reduced her daily intake of starch. Each morning, H’Hen Niê eats a bowl of rice, two bowls of soup, and a side dish. For lunch, she has half a bowl of rice and always drinks a glass of water before each meal. She usually skips dinner. She runs for about two hours every day to reduce abdominal and thigh fat. Before running, H’Hen Niê drinks a coconut to aid in fat reduction more effectively.
“It was very tiring to diet at first, but because of my passion for becoming a model, I tried to persevere,” she said. Once her body adjusted, H’Hen gradually eliminated rice and starch from her diet.
To stay healthy without gaining weight, the 2017 Miss Universe winner avoids starch. Her trainer advised her to eat a lot of broccoli, nuts, especially 1.5 kg of boiled chicken, and a bunch of ripe bananas daily.
H’Hen Niê acknowledges that growing up in the Dak Lak village contributed to her current physique. The beauty queen attributes her early exposure to manual labor, which helped develop her muscular build from a young age.
