She adheres to a rule of three “no’s”: no starches or sugars, no fried foods, and no processed foods. Instead, she opts for fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, and green leafy vegetables. She prioritizes cooking at home to control her calorie intake.

Zhang Tian Ai once shared her weight loss diet of eggs and cucumbers. Accordingly, she only ate hard-boiled eggs and raw cucumbers every day, and this method can reduce 5-7kg in a week. She has been following this method for two years.

Currently, she still diets and chooses fresh and clean foods to ensure sufficient protein, vitamins, and fiber intake.

“When I’m not filming, I try to eat as lightly as possible because I don’t exercise as intensely as when I’m filming. When I go to work, I eat a bigger breakfast, with vegetables and protein such as cauliflower, salad, stir-fried beef, and boiled eggs, and only have protein,” shared Zhang Tian Ai.

She has a habit of drinking a glass of green juice to detox before exercising. The ingredients of this juice include kale, bell peppers, and green apples (if you can’t eat green apples, you can switch to red apples or beets). She often eats soaked oatmeal and chia seeds for breakfast or as a snack.

Active exercise

In addition to a strict diet, Zhang Tian Ai exercises daily to maintain her figure. She runs, does cardio, and practices yoga in the afternoon to relax and improve her body’s flexibility.

“Sports activities, skin care, and dieting at the present time will lay the foundation for me to be better in the coming years. Currently, I feel much better than before,” said the actress.
