Do Eating Papayas Increase Bust Size? Two Female Youtubers Experiment, Unbelievable Results

Fu Er Si Ting, a Taiwanese Youtuber with a petite frame, decided to test a secret recipe that was trending on social media in her country. The recipe claimed to enhance one’s bust size by incorporating green papaya into the diet.
For 30 days, she committed to consuming a soup made of green papaya and pork ribs to examine whether it would lead to an increase in her bust measurement. The recipe, as shared online, is as follows:
– Ingredients: 1 green papaya, pork ribs (amount as desired), red dates, wolfberries
– Directions: First, blanch the pork ribs in water to remove impurities and blood. Drain and replace with fresh water. Add the peeled, seeded, and chopped green papaya to the pot, along with the red dates and wolfberries. Simmer over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes, and then season to taste.

After mastering the recipe, Fu Er Si Ting maintained this dietary regimen for a month. However, despite the tasty nature of the soup, consuming it daily proved challenging. By day 20, the Youtuber confessed to feeling bored with the dish but persevered until the end.
Remarkably, at the conclusion of the 30-day experiment, both her weight and bust measurements had indeed changed. Initially, she weighed 60 kg with a bust size of 84 cm (33 inches), which classified her as an A cup. Following the month-long papaya diet, her weight increased by 2 kg, and her bust circumference expanded by 2 cm, elevating her to a B cup.
Fu Er Si Ting also disclosed that during this dietary journey, she engaged in regular weight training to build muscle mass. Therefore, the weight gain she experienced was predominantly attributed to increased muscle rather than fat. The Youtuber expressed delight at the subtle yet noticeable enhancement of her bust, considering it a successful outcome.
Nonetheless, she cautioned women against overindulging in this soup, as it could lead to unwanted weight gain and obesity, especially without concurrent exercise.

The second individual to undertake this experiment was a Youtuber named Gutgutjiji from Hong Kong. She, too, explored the impact of papaya on bust size, but with a slightly different approach. Over 14 days, she consumed half a papaya and a cup of unsweetened soy milk daily, and the results were equally intriguing.
At the conclusion of the two weeks, Gutgutjiji’s bust circumference increased from 78 cm to 81 cm. Like Fu Er Si Ting, she also found the monotony of eating the same food daily tedious and discontinued the experiment on the 9th day.
Although both female Youtubers achieved positive outcomes, it is essential to recognize that these experiments are based on individual experiences and do not account for various factors that could influence results, such as health status and hormonal fluctuations.

What Do Experts Say?
In relation to this topic, the Beijing Agricultural College conducted a series of specialized tests to determine whether papayas contain papain, an enzyme rumored to enhance bust size. The experiments analyzed the papain content in the most commonly consumed yellow and green papayas available in the market.
Indeed, the results confirmed the presence of papain in papayas. But does this enzyme hold the key to bust enhancement by clearing the mammary glands, as speculated? Professor Li Ning, from the Department of Nutrition at the Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, sheds light on the matter.
According to Professor Li Ning, papain is a protease that aids in digestion and protein breakdown. It does not possess the ability to clear the mammary glands as claimed. Additionally, while papain can stimulate the body’s production of estrogen, there is no scientific research or evidence to support the notion that consuming papaya or supplementing with papain leads to an increase in bust size.

Furthermore, the belief that papayas are rich in vitamin A, which can stimulate estrogen production and promote breast development, is inaccurate. Firstly, vitamin A is predominantly found in animal-based foods, whereas carotene is present in plant-based sources. This means that when we consume carotene, it can be converted into vitamin A within our bodies.
Most importantly, vitamin A does not stimulate estrogen production and, therefore, has no direct impact on bust enhancement.
How Can Women Naturally Enhance Their Bust Size?
Women can incorporate estrogen-rich foods into their diets, such as soy products and cereals, and increase their intake of protein-rich foods like eggs, beans, meat, and nuts. However, the effectiveness of this approach is limited.
Currently, the fastest and most effective way for women to enhance their bust is through surgical means, such as breast augmentation or corrective procedures, which can help them achieve their desired bust size.
