Huyen Lizzie always captivates the public with her figure. She stands at 1.64m tall with measurements of 83-60-80, and she maintains a weight of 46kg. Huyen Lizzie considers herself an active person and diligently follows a scientific diet.

Jumping rope 1000 times to tone the whole body

Huyen Lizzie spends time going to the gym, doing yoga, or running… When she doesn’t have time to exercise properly and follow the usual routine, Huyen Lizzie jumps rope to burn fat all over her body. Huyen Lizzie shares that she only managed to do about 100 – 200 jumps when she first started, but now she can jump rope 1000 times in each workout. The actress splits the jumps into about 3-4 sessions, with each session consisting of around 300 jumps.

Jumping rope for 30 minutes helps burn 500 calories. Jumping at a rate of about 80-100 jumps per minute is equivalent to burning calories from a 30km bike ride or a 10km run.

Weight loss breakfast

Huyen Lizzie shares that she eats only fruits and sweet potatoes for breakfast on long shooting days. Her breakfast consists of fruits such as tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, sweet potatoes… A scientific diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables not only helps maintain a slim figure and a small waist, but also gives her a small and adorable face.

Huyen Lizzie also shares that she eats 2 boiled eggs to supplement protein for her body instead of solely eating fruits and vegetables for breakfast. For lunch, she has regular rice but limits her starch intake, and for dinner, Huyen Lizzie almost doesn’t eat any starch.

Sweet potatoes: They are foods with a relatively low glycemic index of about 50, while containing high levels of nutrients such as protein, lipids, vitamins, fiber, and other minerals.

Boiled eggs: Eating 1-2 eggs per day not only doesn’t increase blood pressure and cholesterol levels but also helps with weight loss by up to 65%.

Bell peppers: In 100g of bell peppers, there are 26 calories. In addition, bell peppers are rich in vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin A, potassium, and other minerals. They not only support weight loss but also effectively combat aging, resulting in smooth and radiant skin.

Cucumbers: Cucumbers are low in calories and contain a high percentage of water (96%), making them a perfect addition to any weight loss diet.
