Jumping rope 1000 times to tone the whole body

Huyen Lizzie shares that she only managed to do about 100 – 200 jumps when she first started, but now she can jump rope 1000 times in each workout. The actress splits the jumps into about 3-4 sessions, with each session consisting of around 300 jumps.
Jumping rope for 30 minutes helps burn 500 calories. Jumping at a rate of about 80-100 jumps per minute is equivalent to burning calories from a 30km bike ride or a 10km run.
Weight loss breakfast
Huyen Lizzie shares that she eats only fruits and sweet potatoes for breakfast on long shooting days.
