Causes of MobiFone sim being locked in two ways
Some possible reasons for MobiFone sim being locked in two ways may be:

1. In case of entering the wrong recharge card more than 5 times
Most major network providers in Vietnam such as VinaPhone, MobiFone, and Viettel have regulations that after entering the wrong recharge card more than 5 times, the sim will be automatically locked to prevent fraud with scratch cards.
If your sim is locked due to this error, you just need to use another sim, also from MobiFone, and call the hotline 9090 to explain the reason and request the staff to unlock it.

2. In case of not registering the sim owner’s information
If your MobiFone sim is locked because you haven’t registered the owner’s information, you need to standardize the information at MobiFone stores. When doing so, you just need to bring your ID card and the staff will assist you.

3. In case of not using the sim for a long time

The time to make a new sim is about 60 days from the sim lock request. After this period, your sim will be reclaimed by the network provider.
