Step 1: Begin by opening the PowerPoint file. Then, navigate to the toolbar and click on the Insert tab. From there, choose the Shapes option.

1. Select the “Oval” icon.
2. Press and hold the “Shift” key.
3. Drag the mouse onto the slide.

Step 2: Once you have created the shape with the correct dimensions, right-click on the image and choose Edit Text from the menu.
