Put 300ml fresh milk, 6g salt, 25g sugar, 60g flour, 70g butter into a pot. Stir well until the mixture is dissolved. Put the pot on the stove, turn on medium heat and stir constantly until the dough thickens, then turn off the heat.

Step 2 Mix the potato dough

Add 300g potato flour, 2 eggs, 70g mozzarella cheese to the dough. Mix well until the dough is well blended.

Step 3 Bake the cake

You can divide the dough into different parts, add green tea powder or cocoa powder to your liking. Put the dough in a frosting bag. Pipe the dough onto parchment paper into long sticks.

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Bake the cake at 140 degrees C for 35 minutes. Dry the cake at 100 degrees for 20 minutes for a crispier cake.
