2. What Makes Em Nguyet’s Avocado Coffee So Special?
Unique Recipe, Delicious Taste
Unique Recipe, Delicious Taste
Nguyet’s avocado coffee stands out as she hand-grinds the avocado instead of blending it, resulting in a unique texture. The coffee is carefully brewed to achieve a perfect balance of bitterness and aroma, which blends beautifully with the creamy avocado and the salty-sweet taste of egg cream.

According to Nguyet, the key to this delicious treat lies in using fresh ingredients daily, roasting and grinding coffee beans in-house following a family recipe, and sourcing avocados that are naturally grown without pesticides or preservatives.

Resilience and Perseverance in the Face of Adversity
Before starting her business, Nguyet faced numerous challenges and setbacks, working multiple jobs and experiencing failures. Her relentless pursuit of higher income took a toll on her health. However, she found the strength to let go of her past struggles and embark on a new journey with avocado coffee, establishing her own small stall.

Every day, she sells about 70 cups of avocado coffee, earning a monthly income of 12 million VND. With growing support from customers, her income has improved, and she can now focus more on her studies.
Avocado coffee gaining popularity
Despite the challenges, Nguyet always greets customers with a smile, grateful to have found a vocation that improves her life, delights customers with delicious coffee, and shares the cultural richness of the Ede ethnic group. This spirit of resilience and entrepreneurship is an inspiration to all.
