Set up a sleep schedule
This is the most important step to help you fall asleep and wake up on time. To set up a sleep schedule, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Health app on your iPhone, select the Browse tab, then choose the Sleep option. Tap the Get Started button.
Step 2: Set a sleep goal. The default sleep goal is 8 hours, but you can adjust it according to your needs.
Step 3: Set a sleep schedule. The sleep schedule should meet the sleep goal you set. For example, if your sleep goal is 8 hours, you need to go to bed at 10:00 PM and wake up at 6:00 AM.
Step 4: Enable Wind Down mode. Wind Down mode helps you reduce focus on your phone, relax, and fall asleep faster. For example, if you set it to 45 minutes, 45 minutes before sleep, the iPhone screen will be in sleep mode.
