For any issues with your MobiFone SIM or value-added services, please contact MobiFone’s hotline at 1800 1090. This hotline is available 24/7 for receiving complaints, feedback, and providing support to customers for service usage. Additionally, there is the 9393 hotline to support foreigners residing in Vietnam and the 9090 hotline for information and services related to the network.

Below are the details of MobiFone toll-free hotlines, which operate 24/7. Choose the appropriate contact number depending on the issue you encounter.

MobiFone 9090 Hotline

The MobiFone 9090 Hotline is dedicated to MobiFone on-network subscribers. The hotline’s functions are divided into 4 branches:

• Press 1: Support and provide information about 3G, 4G packages, and value-added services.
• Press 2: Support and provide information about promotions, phone sales, and customer care.
• Press 3: Consultation about network products and packages.
• Press 4: Support payment services.

Please note that the call charges for the 9090 hotline are only free for postpaid subscribers. For prepaid subscribers, the call charges for 9090 are 200 VND/minute.

MobiFone 18001090 Hotline

With the 18001090 hotline, you can call from any MobiFone subscriber, both on-network and off-network. This hotline is for filing complaints about the service, service attitude, support from staff, etc. Additionally, the 18001090 hotline also accepts feedback on services and the process of using MobiFone’s services.

MobiFone 9393 Hotline

In addition to providing consultation hotlines for Vietnamese users, MobiFone also has the 9393 hotline to support foreign customers using MobiFone SIM cards while in Vietnam. Foreign customers can call the number 9393 between 7am – 8pm. Customers will be supported by the network in English (press 1), Korean (press 2), Chinese (press 3), Japanese (press 4), or Khmer (press 5).

MobiFone Hotlines for Regional Support

In addition to the 24/7 toll-free hotlines mentioned above, you can also receive support from MobiFone according to each region. MobiFone’s customer care hotline by region is available to all domestic and international subscribers nationwide. Call charges will be based on standard mobile call rates set by each network.

MobiFone Hotline for International Customers Support

• Subscriber number and type of subscription used.
