Step 4: Wait a few minutes, when the phone finishes restoring, the Welcome message will appear on the screen. You select Apps & Data > Select Restore from iCloud Backup > Press Sign in with your Apple ID.

Step 5: A list of iCloud backups recorded by time will be displayed, you select the most recent backup to recover the most messages.
