Vietnamese youth are excited to experience the heritage train connecting Central Vietnam.

The new tourist train between Thua Thien Hue Province and Da Nang City offers unique and exciting experiences for domestic and international tourists. The train consists of five air-conditioned soft-seat coaches and one community carriage.

With a travel time of approximately three hours, the train takes passengers through impressive routes such as the Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Bay.

A special feature of this heritage-connecting train is its community carriage, where passengers can enjoy local culinary delights and immerse themselves in the region’s cultural heritage.

From the train, passengers can enjoy breathtaking views of nature, with majestic mountains on one side and romantic beaches on the other.

International tourists were also thrilled by the train’s journey through the Hai Van Pass, with its dramatic contrast of rugged mountains and romantic seaside scenery.

During the journey, the train makes a stop at Lang Co Station, providing passengers with a great opportunity to explore and capture memorable moments. Passenger Tran Van Anh shared, “Being on this special heritage train, I got to experience a lot of interesting activities, such as Hue folk songs and delicious local specialties. The photo spots are also amazing. I hope this train will operate more trips so that more people can enjoy this unique experience.”

Throughout the journey, passengers are treated to cultural and artistic performances, including traditional singing and dancing.

With a travel time of around three hours, the train departs in the morning and afternoon, offering passengers a chance to explore the ancient capital of Hue, the beauty of Lang Co Bay, the majestic Hai Van Pass, and the vibrant city of Da Nang. On the return journey, passengers will arrive in Hue, a land rich in heritage and cultural treasures.
