Mix Toothpaste with Salt or Baking Soda

When brushing your teeth, you can mix a small amount of toothpaste with salt or baking soda to remove plaque buildup. However, it is important to note that this method should not be used too frequently as it may damage tooth enamel. It is best to use this method a maximum of twice a week.
