Children do not respond when they are focused on something

Some parents may find that when their children are engaged in an activity, they ignore their calls.

For example, when a child is playing with puzzles, the mother calls the child’s name multiple times, and only after raising her voice, the child responds in a nonchalant manner, resembling signs of “forgetfulness”. However, in reality, this is a manifestation of the child’s concentration on what they are doing.

Children are born with a certain level of concentration, but the degree of concentration varies among individuals. Some children have weak concentration, while others have strong concentration. Children with high concentration abilities may encounter situations of “no reaction”.

However, at the same time, high concentration ability is a characteristic of children with high IQ. The more focused a child is, the more efficient they are in their work.

Children like to explore and dismantle everything

Some parents find it very annoying when their children constantly rummage through belongings or disassemble objects, causing great concern. However, this type of behavior is actually an expression of the child’s curiosity and their desire to discover unknown things. It is also a typical characteristic of children with high IQ.

Always questioning what parents say

There are also children who give their parents a hard time, as they tend to argue and completely distrust what their parents say. When the child finds that what their parents say does not align with their own understanding, they prefer to express and adhere to their own opinions.

In the past, these children were called stubborn, but in reality, this is just a sign that the child likes to think and has an independent point of view. Only when the child is ready to think, they will discover issues in their parents’ words, even though the child may sometimes have incorrect opinions and persist in holding onto them due to limited awareness. Nevertheless, this still indicates that the child has a high IQ.

As long as parents can provide accurate reasons to explain their own opinions, the child will be able to correct their mistakes.

Therefore, when parents identify “issues” with their children, they should not worry hastily but rather observe their child’s behavior scientifically, so that their child can continue to develop and become smarter.
