Fish is a very healthy food, experts say that eating a lot of fish will help you become stronger and reduce many diseases. Basically, all types of fish are good, but especially the following 3 types of natural fish:

According to Dr. Bui Hong Minh (former Chairman of the Traditional Medicine Association of Ba Dinh, Hanoi), in Oriental medicine, tuna is a fish with a sweet taste, neutral nature, non-toxic, with the effect of nourishing qi, blood, tendons, and bones, removing phlegm, treating women with low milk production, and restoring health for people recovering from illness because it is easily absorbed.
According to the principles of natural nutrition, tuna is most effective in the summer to eliminate heat. The book “Thần nông bản thảo kinh” from China also classifies tuna as a top-quality fish.
– Joint pain, rheumatism, edema, itching, slow digestive system in children, hemorrhoids, and nourishing tendons and bones: Eat tuna daily, 100-200g per day, cooked, grilled, or steamed… and eat it hot with rice.- Cooling down the heat: 1 tuna, 50g red beans, 30g winter melon. After putting the winter melon inside the tuna belly and cooking with red beans for 30 minutes, remove it and consume it twice a day, eating both the tuna and the soup.
– Treating urinary tract infections: Use about 1 tuna, 150g mung beans, 100g tomatoes, 70g tamarind, and seasonings as needed. Thinly slice the tuna and marinate it with seasoning, boil the head and bones to get rid of impurities, then cook with the prepared mixture, mash the tamarind leaves and add them to the soup, add seasonings and use it twice a day for 1 to 2 weeks.
