– Cucumber: 1 fruit

Instructions

– Fresh chicken breast: 200g

– Fresh pear: 1 piece

Instructions

– Parboil the chicken breast until cooked, then shred it. Mix 2 teaspoons of pepper with the chicken to evenly season. Soak the dried moccasin and black fungus until they expand, then thinly slice and put them in a bowl.

– Finely chop the dried shallots.

– Keep 1/2 small cup of chicken stock cooked from boiling, slice the fresh pear into small pieces and simmer to extract the sweetness.

– Heat up the stove, then add 10ml of olive oil and fry the dried shallots until fragrant. Add the moccasin and black fungus and stir-fry until cooked.
