2 How to Make Meatball-Stuffed Mushrooms
Step 1 Prepare the Meatballs
In a bowl, combine 200g ground meat, 60g minced onion, 1 egg, 20g bread crumbs, and a pinch of pepper. Wear gloves and mix the ingredients until well combined. Then, transfer the meat mixture onto a piece of wax paper, fold it over, and roll it out to flatten the meat. Cut the meat into 6 pieces.

Step 2 Stuff and Shape the Meatballs
Place a small piece of cheese on each portion of meat, then add a mushroom in the center. Carefully wrap the meat around the stuffing and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the meat is used.

Step 3 Make the Sauce for the Meatballs
Heat a pan over the stove and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the meatballs until they are golden brown on all sides. You may cover the pan to help the meatballs cook faster.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of tonkatsu sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and salt.
Next, pour the sauce into the pan with the meatballs. Simmer and stir until the sauce is absorbed by the meatballs, then turn off the heat.
Making the Sauce for the Meatballs
Your meatball-stuffed mushrooms are now ready! You can choose to cut the meatballs in half or serve them whole. Serve the meatballs with other dishes and enjoy!
