Ingredients for gio lua and cucumber salad

Gio lua: 300g

Cucumber: 2 fruits

Carrot: 1 root

Garlic: 1 medium root

Coriander

Sugar, fish sauce, chili sauce, chili pepper, lime

How to make gio lua and cucumber salad

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Thinly slice the gio lua. Rinse the cucumber and carrot, then thinly slice or julienne.

Step 2: Prepare the dressing

Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of minced chili pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and squeeze the juice of 4 limes into a small bowl and mix well.
