How to make stir-fried pickled fish bubble
Fish bubble can be prepared into various delicious dishes such as fried fish bubble, fish bubble soup, or stir-fried with vegetables and spices.
Start by cleaning the fish bubble by lightly squeezing the swim bladder with a little salt, vinegar, or white wine to remove impurities and reduce the fishy odor. Rinse the fish bubble thoroughly and let it drain by placing it on a colander. For the pickled vegetables, choose parts with many fibers to create a crunchy and tastier sensation. Cucumbers also need to be cleaned and drained.
Next, peel the purple spring onion and wash it thoroughly, then gently pound it. Peel the ginger, wash it, pound it, and finely chop it. Remove the roots and withered leaves of the flower onion, wash them. The Vietnamese coriander also needs to be separated from the roots and remove the old parts, then wash it thoroughly. The spring onion and Vietnamese coriander, after being washed, should be finely sliced. Wash the chili pepper and cut it into small strips.
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add the dried onion to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. After the onion is fragrant, continue adding fish bubble bladder to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. When the fish bubble is cooked and firm, add some spices to taste and then transfer the fish bubble to a separate plate.
Use a new spoonful of cooking oil, put the pickled vegetables into the pan and stir-fry until cooked, then add a pinch of seasoning powder. When the pickled vegetables are cooked and have absorbed the flavors, place the fish bubble back into the pan, stir well, and adjust the seasoning to taste. Finally, add the ginger, chili pepper, spring onion, and Vietnamese coriander prepared earlier into the pan and stir well. Turn off the stove, place the stir-fried pickled fish bubble on a plate, and sprinkle some pepper to complete the dish.
