Rinse the fish bubble thoroughly and let it drain by placing it on a colander. For the pickled vegetables, choose parts with many fibers to create a crunchy and tastier sensation. Cucumbers also need to be cleaned and drained.

Next, peel the purple spring onion and wash it thoroughly, then gently pound it. Peel the ginger, wash it, pound it, and finely chop it.
