Prepare ingredients:

After marinating, you put the ribs in silver paper and grill at 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes to make the ribs tender and fragrant without burning. Take the ribs out, flip them over, grill at 160-165 degrees for 15 minutes. Then flip the beautiful curved face of the ribs up, brush the marinating sauce, grill at 160 degrees for another 10 minutes, while grilling, continuously brush the marinating sauce to make it tender and fragrant without burning. In each opening, you can add more sauce to prevent the ribs from drying out.
