How to cook beer-steamed squid
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
First, you need to peel the outer skin of the ginger, pound it, and finely chop it. Remove the outer layer of the lemongrass, wash it thoroughly, and pound it.
Next, rinse the squid, then use a knife to make multiple horizontal cuts on the body of the squid.
Then, marinate the squid with finely chopped ginger, pounded lemongrass, 1/2 teaspoon of soup powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Mix well and let the squid marinate for 15 minutes before steaming. This will make the squid more flavorful.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
First, take the tube squid, remove the ink sac, internal organs, peel off the skin, wash 2-3 times with water until clean, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cut squid in a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and marinate for about 30 minutes for the squid to absorb the flavors.
Peel and wash the ginger, then cut it into small strips. Peel the lemongrass, wash it, then slice it.
Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into wedge-shaped pieces. Rinse the chili with water, then slice it thinly.
