– Seafood mushroom: 300 grams
– Green and long bell peppers: 2 pieces
– Lean pork: 100 grams

2. How to make stir-fried seafood mushroom with pork
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
– After buying the mushroom, remove the stem part and then split it into small pieces. Then soak the mushroom in water a few times to clean it and then remove it to drain.
– Rinse the pork and cut it into thin, bite-sized pieces.
– Rinse the peppers, remove the stem and seeds and cut them into small pieces.
– Peel the ginger, rinse it with water and slice it thinly.
– Peel the garlic, rinse it and slice it.
– Remove the damaged leaves of the green onion, rinse them thoroughly with water and cut them into short pieces.
Step 2: Blanch the mushrooms
– Put a pot of water on the stove and add 1 teaspoon of salt and boil over high heat.
– After that, add the seafood mushroom and blanch it for about 30 seconds, then remove and cool. Then, squeeze out the water.
Step 3: Stir-fry pork with seafood mushrooms
– Add oil to the pan and heat it up. Then add the ginger and garlic and sauté it until fragrant.
– Wait until fragrant and then add the meat and stir-fry it. Season with a little soy sauce and stir continuously until the pork is almost cooked.
– After that, add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry quickly in high heat a few times, then add the chopped green onions.
– Next, add the bell peppers and stir-fry them together and add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and stir-fry until the water in the pan gradually dries up, then turn off the heat and scoop the food onto a plate.

3. Notes when making stir-fried seafood mushroom with pork
– When buying seafood mushrooms, you should choose ones that are 4 to 8cm long. The head part has a white or light brown color. You should buy mushrooms that grow in clusters, are not crushed or have strange colors.
– Good bell peppers usually have a glossy, smooth and even-colored skin.
– You should choose pieces of pork that still retain good elasticity. When you gently press your fingertip into it, you will see that the meat will not leave an indentation. In addition, you should also avoid pieces of meat with strange smells, slight sourness or bitterness because they have been kept for a long time.
Step 2: Blanch the mushrooms in salted boiling water for 30 seconds, then cool and squeeze out the water.
Step 3: Stir-fry the pork with ginger and garlic. Add the blanched mushrooms, green onions, and bell peppers. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to taste. Cook until the water dries up.
