2How to Make Mango Passion Fruit Tea

Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the mangoes, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes and place them in a bowl. For the ripe mangoes, blend them with 50ml of water until smooth.
Rinse the passion fruit and cut them in half. Scoop out the flesh into a separate bowl.

Step 2 Soak the Mangoes and Passion Fruit

In a large bowl, combine the cubed mangoes, blended mangoes, and passion fruit. Add 500-600g of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and let it sit at room temperature for 3-4 hours until the sugar is completely dissolved. Transfer the mixture into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator for future use.
