Delicious Okra Dishes for Summer Heat Relief
Stir-fried Okra with Eggs
Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of okra
– 3 eggs
– Onion, ginger, garlic, chili, black pepper
– Oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch
– Seasonings: MSG, salt, cooking oil, etc.
Instructions:
Step 1: Pick the tender leaves and soft stalks of okra, wash them thoroughly. Soak the okra in water mixed with a little salt and a tablespoon of baking soda for about 20 minutes, then rinse under the tap and drain. You can cut it into moderate pieces or leave the leaves whole.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Finely chop the ginger and garlic, and mince the onion.
