Vietnamese Water Morning Glory Salad: A Crisp and Delicious Treat
- Water morning glory: 1 bunch
- Lime: 1 fruit
- Chili pepper: 1-2 fruits
- White sesame seeds: 50g
- Peanuts: 100g
- Sugar: 100g

- Pick over the water morning glory, removing any leaves, and rinse thoroughly. Allow to drip dry.

- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the water morning glory until tender.
- Once cooked, immerse the vegetable in cold water to enhance its crispness and flavor.
