2 How to Make Lychee Panna Cotta
Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the lychees and peel and carefully remove the seeds. Cut 3 lychees in half and chop the rest into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the gelatin powder with 3 tablespoons of fresh milk and let it sit for 10 minutes to bloom.

In a separate bowl, mix 250ml of lychee yogurt with 50g of coconut jelly.
Heat a pot on the stove and warm the lychees. Add the gelatin mixture and milk, stirring continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the yogurt-jelly mixture, stirring to combine.
Divide the panna cotta mixture into molds, let it cool down, and then refrigerate.

In a separate bowl, mix 30g of lychee-flavored jelly powder, a few drops of food coloring, and 100ml of hot water. Stir well and add 3 tablespoons of cold water, mixing until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour the lychee jelly on top of the panna cotta molds and return them to the refrigerator.
