2. How to make stir-fried beef with chili

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

– After buying the beef, wash it and pat it dry with paper or a towel. Then cut it into long, thin strips.

– Peel the garlic, wash it, and slice it thinly.

– Wash the chili peppers, remove the stem, seeds, and cut the green chili pepper into long strips, and cut the red chili pepper into rings.
