Lemon Ginger Tea
Lemon is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, which stimulate the liver to produce detox enzymes. Honey provides natural energy and has antibacterial properties, supporting kidney function.
Directions: Mix one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey in 250ml of warm water (around 40°C). Drink this concoction first thing in the morning.
Note: Avoid using hot water as it can destroy the nutrients in honey.

Celery Juice
Celery contains apigenin and luteolin, which reduce inflammation and support liver detoxification. Celery also acts as a diuretic, reducing pressure on the kidneys.
Directions: Wash 3-4 celery stalks, juice them, and dilute the juice with 100ml of water. Drink this mixture 15 minutes before breakfast.
Note: Individuals with low blood pressure should consult a doctor before consuming this juice regularly.
Artichoke Tea
Artichoke tea contains cynarin and silymarin, two compounds that aid in liver cell regeneration and enhance detoxification. This tea also helps the kidneys filter waste more effectively.
Directions: Boil 5-7 slices of dried (or fresh) artichoke with 500ml of water for 10 minutes. Let it cool and drink it in the morning.
Note: You can add a bit of honey to make it more palatable, but avoid overdoing it with sugar.

Turmeric Ginger Water
Both ginger and turmeric possess potent anti-inflammatory properties, aiding the liver in processing toxins. Curcumin, found in turmeric, also protects the kidneys from oxidative damage.
Directions: Slice one small piece of ginger and one piece of fresh turmeric (or use 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder), and boil them with 300ml of water for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid, let it cool, and drink.
Note: Add a few drops of lemon juice to enhance curcumin absorption.
Cucumber Mint Water
Cucumbers are packed with water and minerals, acting as a diuretic and cleansing the kidneys. Mint stimulates digestion and supports the liver in detoxifying the body.
Directions: Slice half a cucumber, add 5-6 mint leaves to 500ml of water, and leave it in the fridge overnight. Drink it in the morning.
Note: You can add a few slices of lemon or green apple for extra flavor.
