+ Turmeric braised salmon

The way to make it is quite simple, you buy salmon and put it in the sink, pour water to soak the fish. Add a tablespoon of salt to it, then rub it again with ginger and lime once to remove the fish’s mucus.
Heat the pan with a little cooking oil, when the oil is hot, add the fish to fry briefly on each side of the fish for 3 minutes. When the fish is firm, add 1 liter of coconut water, adjust the heat to low and braise for 1 hour. For this fried fish dish, when you buy salmon, you put the fish in a pot and cover it tightly for the fish to lack air for 30 minutes. Then, wait for 5 minutes for the mucus layer to solidify and use a knife to remove the fish’s mucus, then cut off the head and wash it clean with water.
