According to SCMP, 93-year-old billionaire Morris Chang, founder of TSMC – the world’s largest chip manufacturer – attributes his enduring health and mental acuity to a consistent morning routine of eating papaya.

This habit is not merely a personal preference but is also endorsed by health experts. Dr. Zhang Jia-Ming, Chief of Genetics at the Taipei Veterans Hospital (China), emphasizes the anti-inflammatory properties of papaya, citing its ability to prevent chronic illnesses, including cancer.

“Many cancers, such as stomach, colorectal, and liver cancers, often arise from chronic inflammation in the body,” explains Dr. Ming. “Early intervention through anti-inflammatory measures is an effective way to prevent cancer from the outset.”
