Additionally, soybeans provide enzymes, waxes, resins, and amino acids. They are considered a complete protein source due to their significant content of essential amino acids, which are vital for the body.

Therefore, it is advisable to consume soy milk at least an hour apart from taking these medications to prevent any chemical reactions.

Soy milk contains saponin hormones and lectins, which can interfere with the body’s absorption of zinc. Individuals who regularly consume soy milk should be mindful of this and ensure adequate zinc intake. Additionally, those with zinc deficiency should limit their consumption of soy milk.
