When contacted, the designer of the unique wedding dress shared his fond memories of creating this dreamy yet simple gown for Diem Chau. Fashion designer Vinh Thuy said: “Diem Chau is a dear friend of mine, and she didn’t have any special requests for her wedding dress except for a desire for a light and figure-flattering silhouette. Knowing her preference for simplicity, I designed a very light and minimalistic dress for her. I prepared two dresses for Chau, but she fell in love with this one, and I was so happy to see her in it.”

“The design is made of sheer voile fabric to accentuate her beautiful figure and height. I also added a corset made of leather to define her waist. This dress was prepared about a month before Chau’s intimate celebration, and it was a labor of love rather than a commercial endeavor.”

The fashion designer had several fittings and made adjustments to ensure the wedding dress was ready about a month before the big day.

Diem Chau was overwhelmed with joy as she wore this meaningful dress, a gift from her dear friend.
